In light of Russia's full-scale aggression against UKRAINE and the blocking of the Ukrainian ports of the Black and Azov Seas, the issue of providing logistics solutions for the delivery of export cargo from Ukraine and the supply of critical import goods to Ukraine is especially acute today.
PLASKE, together with partners from Bulgaria and Georgia, offers services for the delivery of goods and vehicles using ro-ro and ferry traffic and puts into practice the possibilities of the transport corridor of the GUAM countries plus Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, which helps to reduce transport and time costs with mutual trade turnover between the GUAM countries, the countries of the Persian Gulf and Central Asia.
These services are provided to all CUSTOMERS and cargoes, except for goods and vehicles whose country of origin/departure/destination is Russia and Belarus, as well as persons - cargo owners, in respect of which sanctions have been imposed.

- Rates include terminal handling charges in loading and discharging ports. Storage at ports terminals over 1 day, customs formalities and forwarding services not included.
- Rates are applied for trucks, trailers and ro-ro units up to 44 ton, up to 2.6 m width and up to 4.5 m height. For railway wagons up to 86 ton brutto.
- Truck over 17 m length + 100 EURO each additional meter length.
- Truck / trailers/containers with excise goods (cigarettes, alcohol) + 300 EURO to the tariff. (Does not apply to alcohol level content up to 14 %).
- Price for connection reefer trucks/trailers/containers to vessels electrical system is 100 EURO. This amount paid one time per hole voyage.
- A ticket ffor one driver of the Truck is included in the tariff. Ticket for second driver 200 EURO.
- Transport of dangerous, oversized, overweight, military goods, caterpillar machinery, live animals and other units not included in tariff– are subject of special agreement with Carrier.
- Trucks and cargo carried must be provided with all necessary documents to enable customs formalities.
- The carriage is effected on terms and subject to exclusions and limitations of liability provided for by the Hague-Visby Rules.
